The Team

Dr. Jarad is Board Certified in Internal Medicine who specializes in the care of adults and seniors.  He is the current medical director at Marwood Nursing facility and maintains hospital privileges at both McLaren Port Huron and Lake Huron Medical Center.  

Dr. Jarad attended Damascus University Medical School - Syria and

completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital Center - Detroit Michigan.

Dr. Canto is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She is the current medical director for Regency on the Lake nursing facility and maintains hospital privileges at both McLaren Port Huron and Lake Huron Medical Center.

Dr. Canto attended Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation - Philippines and completed her residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center - Detroit Michigan.

Stephanie is Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie received her Master of Science Nursing Degree from Oakland University - Rochester MI. She is available for appointments Tuesday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Ashley is a board certified Physician Assistant.  She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wayne State University - Detroit Michigan.  She is available for appointments Monday - Wednesday 8:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Travis is Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Travis received his Master of Science Nursing Degree from Spring Arbor University - Spring Arbor MI. He is available for appointments Wednesday- Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Paula is available to assist with any concerns patients may have about their medications, ie side effects, interactions, cost etc. She is available to work with you on managing your health goals. She can answer questions about Medicare drug coverage and is available for appointments Monday afternoon from 1-4:30 pm or Wednesday morning 8:30 -12:00 pm.    

Jack is available to help you get through your doctor visit with a smile.  He will gladly take any extra affection you may have. He can help you learn new techniques; like chair yoga.. you stretch to pet him and give belly rubs. He is always happy to help!
